在自动控制温度和光照条件的养虫室内,采用二次回归通用设计的方法,对截形叶螨实验种群的生长发育进行了研究。结果表明:完成一个世代发育历期,温度作用明显大于光照时间的作用;互作效应不明显,在322℃、125h/d光照条件下,完成一个世代所需的时间最短,仅为531d。夏季持续高温少雨的年份,对其防治应给予足够的重视。
The growth and development of the experimental population of Tetranychus urticae were studied by using the quadratic regression generalized design method in the house keeping chamber with automatic control of temperature and light conditions. The results showed that the effect of temperature on the developmental period of one generation was obviously longer than that on the illumination time. The interaction effect was not obvious. Under the conditions of 322 ℃ and 125h / d, the time needed to complete one generation was the shortest, only 531 days. In the years when the climate is hot and dry in summer, adequate attention should be given to its prevention and treatment.
