病例一:患者女,45岁。因左下肢浅静脉曲张并溃疡,拟行外科手术治疗。入院后行肝、肾、心功能检查均正常,血压正常,心电图示“间歇性完全性左束支传导阻滞、心肌轻度劳损”。给予一般对症治疗,患者无诉不适。入院后第3天到我科行双下肢静脉造影。核素检查前药物准备:新鲜的~(99mt)TcO_4~-由中国原子能科学院原子能研究所提供,DX(右旋糖酐)药盒由江苏无锡原子医学研究所提供(有效期内),显像仪器为美国GE公司3200iSPECT。常规常温下无菌标记,无菌一次性注射器各抽取185MB_H/5ml的~(99m)Tc DX共2支放在铅箱等候注射。核素显像时嘱患者仰卧于检查床上,垫高足跟部,于双下肢踝关节上方5cm处扎止血带,常规消毒后,在双足背静脉建立注射通道。置于探头下,双足背静脉等速缓慢注入~(99m)Tc DX,同时启动显像。3mm后~(99m)Tc-DX推注完毕,患者
