近年来,美国和中国这两个世界上最大的石油消费国在石油安全领域的互动日益为国际社会所瞩目。对于中美可否弥合石油安全观念和对外战略的矛盾,两国的国际石油互动能否和谐发展,双方是否能够实现石油安全的合作共赢,以及会否共同致力于建设秩序化和多元化的共同安全的石油新体系等诸多问题,国外不少人都持悲观态度,认为中美国际石油互动正在演变成竞争对手式的关系,甚至可能走向冲突。然而,如果我们从和谐世界理念的新视角对此进行分析的话,就会得出不同的结论。
