针对齿轮制造中齿轮质量评定与加工工艺系统关联不明确的普遍现象 ,提出了齿轮统计齿廓的概念 ,并在CZN45 0型齿轮整体误差测量机上得以实现和应用。采用齿廓统计分析方法对加工工艺系统进行识别 ,可为齿轮质量的评定与控制提供更科学且易于操作的手段。
Aiming at the general phenomenon that the gear quality evaluation is not clearly related to the processing technology system in gear manufacturing, the concept of gear statistical tooth profile is proposed and implemented on CZN45 0 gear error measuring machine. The use of tooth profile statistical analysis method to identify the processing system can provide a more scientific and easy-to-operate means for the evaluation and control of gear quality.
