一、目前山西全境农业税基础的估计经过一九五零年度秋夏征收工作,我省农业税负担办法已基本上统一。土地、产量基础由于去各今春推行评丈工作后,已取得如下成绩:在评丈已有基础的老区(十四个县,一个工矿区),评产村达百分之六十一点五,丈地村达百分之几十七点五;评丈基础较差的半老区(六十三个县,1个工矿区),评产付达百分之二十四点二,丈地村达百分之二十九点七;评丈没有基础的新区(十五个县,一个市)
