目的层级护理管理模式在提高住院患者满意度中的应用效果及护理质量的分析。方法选取2015年6月-2016年11月清远市阳山县人民医院住院的260例患者作为研究对象,根据注册号码顺序,随机分为观察组和对照组各130例,对照组实施传统的管理模式,观察组实施层级护理管理的模式,观察比较不同管理模式的护理质量和满意度。结果观察组护理总满意度为97.69%明显高于对照组的79.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的沟通评分、正性心理疏导、护理服务态度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预后的汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、抑郁量表(HAMD)评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论层级护理管理模式对提高护理质量和护理满意度,降低护理差错率效果良好。
The Application Effect and Nursing Quality of the Purpose Hierarchical Nursing Management Model in Improving Inpatient Satisfaction. Methods From June 2015 to November 2016, 260 patients hospitalized in Yangshan County People’s Hospital of Qingyuan City were enrolled. According to the registration number sequence, 130 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was administered traditional management Model, the observation group implementation level care management model, observe and compare the different management modes of nursing quality and satisfaction. Results The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.69%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (79.23%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The observation group’s communication score, positive psychological counseling, nursing service attitude scores were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The HAMA score and HAMD score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group after intervention (P <0.05). Conclusion The level of nursing management model to improve the quality of care and nursing satisfaction, reduce the nursing error rate with good results.
