用EDA-Na_2O-Al_2O_3-SiO_2和H_2O为原料,在140—180℃晶化得到了ZSM-5沸石. 用乙二胺合成ZSM-5沸石,其X光衍射围谱、限制指数、吸附数据等均与文献一致.林炳雄等用多晶X射线衍射法测定了沸石的晶体结构,并与文献中提出的丙基胺合成ZSM-5沸石的晶体结构进行了对比,两种样品的晶胞参数十分相似,通道的有效几何构型十分相近。合成ZSM-5沸石的主要杂品是ZSM-35沸石,α-SiO_2及丝光沸石。我们研究了加入晶种、乙二胺用量、体系碱度、晶化温度与时间对晶化过程的影响,提出了亚稳相转晶的看法。经蒸汽处理后,由于柴油临氢降凝效果很好,连续运转可达120天以上。
