受水电部科技司的委托,我校组织18名专家于今年9月12日—15日对《混疑土坝变形观测量的数学模型及其应用》成果进行了评审。该成果有两个报告、十一篇论文、三个电算程序,共分四个部分:混疑土观测物理量的统计模型研究,位移确定性模型,反演分析法的应用研究和电算程序。专家们对该成果进行了认真的评审,一致认为:1.在运用数理统计理论结合具体工程实际建立大坝的位移统计模型方面进行了全面深入的研究,具体开拓性、创新性和系统性,对我国的大坝原型观测工作起了推动作用,具体国内先进水平。2.用有限元法和数理统计方
