北京军区总医院借鉴工业企业的管理方法和经验，结合医院具体情况，制定并推行了医疗“精品工程”计划。一年来，通过开展“精品意识”教育、制定“医疗精品”标准、开展群众性的创名牌、出精品活动以及实行回顾性医疗评价制度等，取得了显著成效，医院管理水平和医疗服务质量迈上了一个新的台阶。
The Beijing Military Region General Hospital draws on the management methods and experiences of industrial enterprises and combines with the specific conditions of the hospital to formulate and implement a medical “excellent project” plan. In the past year, remarkable achievements have been achieved through the development of “quality awareness” education, the formulation of “medical exquisite quality” standards, the launch of mass brand names, quality products, and the implementation of retrospective medical evaluation systems. Hospital management levels and quality of medical services have improved. A new level has been reached.
