第一届全国重砂矿物学术会议于1983年8月29日至9月2日在广东省肇庆市隆重召开。矿物专业委员会秘书长黄蕴慧致开幕词,并宣布正式成立中国地质学会矿物专业委员会的下属专业学术组织——重砂矿物学组,由主任:宋天锐;副主任:周延兴、周正、朱明哲,陈康玉;委员(按姓氏笔划):于凤惠、王先兰、王贵安、邓楚均,朱明哲,朱荆富、宋天锐、苏清心、李永春、李福堂、陈康玉、陈高祥、张振儒、周正、周延兴、易爽庭、曹正民、董志民等18人组成。
The first session of the National Conference on Heavy Sand Minerals was held in Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province from August 29 to September 2, 1983. Huang Yunhui, Secretary General of the Mineral Commission, delivered an opening speech and announced the formal establishment of a subordinate professional academic organization of the Geological Society of China Mineral Specialized Committee - Heavy Sand Mineralogy Group, headed by Song Tianrui; Deputy Directors: Zhou Yanxing, Zhou Zheng, Zhu Mingzhe, Chen Kangyu ; Members (according to surname stroke): Yufeng Hui, Wang Xianlan, Wang Guian, Deng Chujun, Zhu Mingzhe, Zhu Jingfu, Song Tianrui, Su Qingxin, Li Yongchun, Li Futang, Chen Kangyu, Chen Gaoxiang, Zhang Zhenru, Zhou Zheng, Zhou Yanxing, Dong Zhimin and other 18 members.
