为提高电动负载模拟器的动态性能和加载精度,针对广义连接刚度对系统的动态响应、加载精度和稳定性的影响,设计一种广义连接刚度测试系统,在构建系统的硬件结构和软件功能的基础上,结合广义连接刚度的计算方法及影响因素,提出一种通过调整弹性杆刚度确定最佳广义连接刚度的方法,并对多余力矩、机械谐振、动态特性等影响因素及最佳广义连接刚度进行定量分析。实验结果表明:测试系统功能完善,测试结果准确。另外,在系统获得最佳广义连接刚度时,系统加载曲线与指令曲线完全重合,明显消除多余力矩对系统的干扰,为动态测试舵机性能提供先决条件。
In order to improve the dynamic performance and loading accuracy of the electric load simulator, a generalized connection stiffness test system is designed according to the influence of the generalized connection stiffness on the dynamic response, loading accuracy and stability of the system.
