采访尹卓将军的最初动因,是媒体断章取义热炒的低配置舰概念。如同很多网友一样,我们很难理解尹将军为什么要提低配置舰这种概念。带着不解和困惑,我们开始整理尹将军的观点,并最终采访了尹将军本人。一番长谈之后,我们发现低配置舰只是一个表象或说结论,它的背后则隐含了尹将军对诸如海军发展的根本推动力、海军战略乃至海洋战略等问题的深层次思考。我们相信,每一名关心中国海军和海洋事业的读者都可以从这番谈话里,获得启示。
An interview with Gen. Yin Zhuo’s initial motive was the media’s low-profile configuration concept of pandering out of context. Like many netizens, it is hard to understand why General Yin lowered the concept of a configuration ship. With puzzled and confused, we began to sort out General Yin’s point of view, and eventually interviewed General Yin himself. After a long talk, we found that the low-configuration ship is an appearance or conclusion, behind which it implies General Yin’s deep thinking on issues such as the fundamental impetus for naval development, the naval strategy and even the maritime strategy. We believe that every reader interested in the Chinese navy and marine affairs can get inspiration from this talk.
