基于激光烧结技术,以重构的氧化钇部分稳定氧化锆(PSZ)纳米陶瓷团聚体粉末为研究对象,进行了纳米结构陶瓷小块体制备的探索试验研究。结果表明,在一定的参数条件下,样品内部存在特有的两相复合的微观结构,即未熔化和熔化区域。通过对不同激光功率下制备所得的试样的内部微观结构对比,分析样件微观结构和激光功率的关系,并通过显微硬度测试进一步分析了两相复合结构和显微硬度的关系,理论上给出了这种两相复合结构可能存在的优势。
Based on the laser sintering technology, the reconstructed Yttria partially stabilized zirconia (PSZ) nano-ceramic agglomerate powder was investigated, and the experimental research on the preparation of nanostructured ceramic small lumps was carried out. The results show that under the condition of certain parameters, there is a unique two-phase composite microstructure in the sample, namely the unmelted and melted region. By comparing the internal microstructure of samples prepared under different laser powers, the relationship between the microstructure and the laser power was analyzed and the relationship between the two-phase composite structure and the microhardness was further analyzed by the microhardness test. Theoretically The possible advantages of this two-phase composite structure are given.
