深圳教育学院是一所多层次的新型师范院校。它根据深圳经济特区发展的需要而建立,是改革现行师范教育体制的一个尝试。这所多层次的师范院校承担着为深圳特区培养中、小学教师和部分幼儿园教师的任务,还担负着中、小、幼在职教师的进修、培训工作。也就是说这所多层次的学校,担负着教育学院、师专、中师、教师进修学校、幼师五项任务,有人称它为“五校一体”。经过将近一年的实践,师资、校舍和设备得到迅速改善,教学质量不断提高,办学的路子越走越宽广,已开始显示出它的优越性。
Shenzhen Institute of Education is a multi-level new normal college. It is based on the needs of the development of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone and is established as an attempt to reform the current system of teacher education.
