本文以外派管理人员(EMs)的职业生涯激励为切入点,在现有理论基础上构建了针对EMs职业生涯发展的理论综合管理模型,并以中国远洋集团公司为例进行了实证。
Based on the existing theories, this dissertation builds a theoretical model of integrated management of career development for EMs. The empirical study is conducted with China COSCO Group as an example.
