一、产权市场的定位决定民营企业是生力军 产权市场是多层次资本市场的重要组成部分。相比较而言，证券市场是全国性资本市场的最重要体现，而产权市场则是地方性资本市场的最重要体现。两者功能不同，市场主体不同，交易规则也不同，但彼此之间有内在关联。总而言之，相对证券市场，产权市场属初级资本市场。 产权市场作为地方性资本市场，其所面对的是地方企业，一般来说，转让方、受让方中至少有一方在地方。其存在价值和生命力在于，地方企业的经营业绩。
