提高一线职工的薪酬满意度对于提高制造企业经济效益与保证车间安全生产具有重要意义。本文以制造业一线职工为研究对象,构建包括个人基本信息与企业相关因素在内的职工调查问卷,依据宜昌市与襄阳市的调查数据,采用二元logistic回归模型对影响一线职工薪酬满意度的因素进行分析。对于分析得出的显著结果,本文分析原因,并提出相应对策建议。
Raising the salary satisfaction of front-line workers is of great significance for improving the economic efficiency of manufacturing enterprises and ensuring the safety of workshops. Based on the survey data of Yichang City and Xiangyang City, this paper uses the binary logistic regression model to evaluate the satisfaction of the front-line workers’ compensation Factors for analysis. For the significant results of the analysis, this article analyzes the reasons and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
