前言钢丝热镀锌已有百多年的历史,工艺稳定、成熟、镀锌层对钢基体有良好的电化学保护作用。但在严重腐蚀环境下,锌层耐蚀性能不佳。大气腐蚀试验表明,对镀有300克锌(每平方米)层的钢丝来说,在沿海地区和工业地区,其使用寿命只有3—6年。国内有关部门(如电力工业,通讯部门)近年来深受镀锌钢丝使用寿命不长的困扰,急切呼吁生产部门提供具有更加耐蚀镀层的钢丝。
Preface Wire hot-dip galvanizing has a history of more than one hundred years, the process is stable and mature. The galvanized layer has a good electrochemical protective effect on the steel substrate. However, in severe corrosive environment, the corrosion resistance of zinc coating is not good. Atmospheric corrosion tests have shown that for wire coated with 300 grams of zinc (per square meter), their service life is only 3-6 years in coastal and industrial areas. In recent years, the relevant domestic departments (such as the power industry and telecommunications departments) have been plagued by the fact that the service life of galvanized steel wire is not long, and urgently urged the production department to provide the steel wire with more corrosion-resistant coating.
