高教改革的不断深入,使越来越多的高校英语教师遭受了前所未有的角色危机。而应对角色危机的关键途径,是提高教师的角色认知水平和角色转换能力,从而实现教师自主专业发展。英语教师可以通过自主学习、提升职业认同、深入思考和反思教学活动、构建和参与学习共同体等途径,实现自己的发展,最终解决角色危机问题。 The deepening of the reform of higher education, so that more and more college English teachers suffered an unprecedented crisis of character.
