本文针对加氢改质车间解析气压缩机组集中控制的仪表变更,对机组仪表系统进行改造,对一部分的硬件进行升级改造,对一部分的仪表控制系统进行重新的设计,并对PLC内的程序进行重新编写,使上位机与PLC之间有机的结合,从而实现了集中显示与控制,同时在此次改造中,采用了多种通讯技术,多种通讯技术的成功实现,保证了机组安全、可靠的远程控制。通过对此项目的成功实施,克服了控制系统存在的弊病,同时人员在技术上也得到了加强,取得了良好大的社会效益与经济效益。
In this paper, aiming at the change of instrument in the centralized control of the analytical gas compressor unit in the hydrogenation and upgrading workshop, the instrumentation system of the unit is reformed, the part of the hardware is upgraded, the part of the instrument control system is redesigned and the program in the PLC Re-write, the PC and the organic combination of PLC in order to achieve a centralized display and control, while in this transformation, the use of a variety of communication technologies, the successful implementation of a variety of communication technologies to ensure the safety and reliability of the unit Remote control. Through the successful implementation of this project, overcoming the shortcomings of the control system, at the same time personnel have also been strengthened in technology, and achieved good social and economic benefits.
