现认为胎盘至少能分泌4种下丘脑多肽类似物:(1)人绒毛促性腺激素释放素(hCGnRH);(2)绒毛促甲状腺激素释放素(chorionic TRH);(3)绒毛生长激素抑制因子(chorionic SRIF);(4)绒毛促皮质激素释放因子(chorionicCRF)。虽对其化学结构还不了解,但已知均属于多肽类。由于胎盘在本身一个器官内产生出下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴的各种激素与类似物,可以假设这些释放因子与抑制因子可能对胎盘分泌各种激素的功能起直接的调控作用。
It is thought that the placenta secretes at least four hypothalamic peptide analogues: (1) human chorionic gonadotropin releasing hormone (hCGnRH); (2) chorionic TRH; (3) villous growth hormone inhibitory factor (chorionic SRIF); (4) chorionic CRF. Although its chemical structure is not yet understood, but are known to belong to the class of peptides. Since the placenta produces various hormones and analogues of the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad axis in an organ itself, it can be assumed that these releasing factors and inhibitory factors play a direct regulatory role in the placental secretion of various hormones.
