高考作为中学教学和高校教育的连接纽带,它的命题既应适应高校选拔新生的需要,同时也要有利于中学向高校输送合格人才。1980—1983年的高考命题,可以说较好地适应了后者似乎是使中学教学有据可依、有章可循 但某些方面却由于过于强调了基础知识的掌握,而忽略了基本技能的灵活运用,忽略了智力开发。强调了后者,忽略了前者,致使多数学生死啃统编教材,从而使高校近几届入学新生中普遍存在知识面狭窄,高分低能的现象 造成普教与高教一定程度上的脱节。今年高考试题可以说部分扭转和较好地克服了上述弊端。
The college entrance examination is a connection link between high school teaching and college education. Its proposition should not only meet the needs of freshmen in college selection, but also help middle schools deliver qualified personnel to colleges and universities. The college entrance examination proposition from 1980 to 1983 can be said to be a good adaptation to the latter. It seems that the latter is based on evidence that the teaching in secondary schools can be followed and the rules can be followed. However, in some respects, the basic knowledge is overemphasized and the basic skills are neglected. The flexible use of intellectual development has been neglected. Emphasizing the latter, ignoring the former, led to the death of most students and the compilation of textbooks. This has led to the prevalence of narrow knowledge and high scores and low energy among college freshmen in recent colleges. This has caused a certain degree of disconnect between general education and higher education. This year’s high test questions can be said to partially reverse and better overcome the above drawbacks.
