在介绍所采用的测定玄武岩料床透气率的理论模型、实验原理和实验方法的基础上,测定了玄武岩散堆料床的透气率.给出了透气率与气体流速、压力梯度和料床粒度分布之间的关系.并对理论方法和实验结果进行了误差分析,为判定该理论方法和实验结果的可靠性以及进一步提高测试精度提供了依据.该测量方法装置简单易行,测量结果准确.通过对不同粒径玄武岩组成的料床的实验研究,证明了实验方法是可行的.
Based on the introduction of the theoretical model, experimental principle and experimental method used to determine the permeability of basalt bed, the permeability of the basalt stack bed was measured. The relationship between gas permeability and gas flow rate, pressure gradient and bed particle size distribution is given. The error analysis of the theoretical method and the experiment result provides the basis for judging the reliability of the theoretical method and the experimental result and further improving the test accuracy. The measuring device is simple and the measurement result is accurate. Through the experimental study on the bed composed of basalt with different particle size, the experimental method is proved to be feasible.
