常德市石门县蒙泉镇尹家湾水库为一土石坝小(Ⅱ)型水库,处于青峰煤矿Ⅲ工区内。水库建成后运行多年,蓄水正常,后因青峰煤矿在水库下部50米左右开拓了两条水平巷道,造成库水严重渗漏,当地群众的生产和生活用水发生困难。为解决群众用水问题,在库底和坝坡采用了复合土工膜防渗措施,取得了良好效果。
Meiling Town, Shimen County, Changde City Yinjiawan Reservoir is an earth-rock dam small (Ⅱ) reservoir, in Qingfeng Coal Mine Ⅲ work area. After the reservoir was built and operated for many years, its water storage was normal. Afterwards, Qingfeng Mine opened up two horizontal roadways in the lower part of the reservoir by about 50 meters, causing serious leakage of the reservoir water and making the local people’s production and domestic use of water difficult. In order to solve the problem of water use by the masses, composite geomembrane seepage control measures are adopted at the bottom of the reservoir and the dam slope, and achieved good results.
