1997年6月25日,中国继续工程教育协会秘书长张庆龙主持召开了协会宣传编辑、组织、交流、学术、企业、高校等六个工作委员会负责人联席会议,会议议题:1、通报协会上半年工作情况,2、研究召开第五次全国企业继续工程教育研讨会有关事项。参加会议的有各工作委员会正、副主任委员(或代表)17位同志,高培中心副主任王震同志参加了会议,协会办公室人员列席了会议。张庆龙秘书长主持会议,他首先介绍了协会换届后第三届理事会、常务理事会、顾问、名誉理事长及各工作委员会、协会办公室的组织构架。同时说明,原定天津市继续工程教育协会在今年承办第五次全国企业继续工程
On June 25, 1997, Zhang Qinglong, secretary-general of China Association for Continuing Education in Engineering, presided over the joint meeting of the heads of the six working committees that promote, edit, organize, exchange, academic, enterprises and colleges. The topics for the meeting were: 1. Work, 2, research held in the Fifth National Enterprise Continuing Engineering Education Seminar on Matters. Attending the meeting, 17 comrades from the working committees, vice chairmen (or representatives) and Wang Zhen, vice director of the High Pei Center attended the meeting, and the staff of the association’s office attended the meeting. Secretary-General Zhang Qinglong presided over the meeting. First, he introduced the organizational structure of the third council, standing council, consultant, honorary chairman, work committees and associations’ offices after the change of association.
