补脾胃泻阴火升阳汤出自李东垣《脾胃论》上卷之脾胃胜衰论,是治疗脾胃病的代表方剂之一。此方寒热并用,攻补兼施,以温补为主,清热为辅,兼顾气机,最适用于虚实夹杂、寒热错杂之脾胃病证,且临床应用广泛,凡是脾胃虚损相关疾病皆可用此方加减应用治疗,但缺乏对其证候的诊断标准。笔者对近45年来中医药临床运用补脾胃泻阴火升阳汤治疗的一系列疾病相关文献进行收集并整理分析,探讨补脾胃泻阴火升阳汤证的证素分布及组合规律,以期对中医药规范化应用补脾
