医院大型诊断设备的成本测算问题是卫生事业宏观管理和医院微观管理都十分关注的课题。为此,卫生部、财政部共同组织了由卫生部医院管理研究所牵头,40余家医院参与的“医院大型诊断设备成本测算调查研究”,对全国31所医院进行了现场调查。本次调查结果对有关部门制定和调整政策,对医院加强设备仪器管理具有重要价值。我刊从本期开始,将陆续刊发该课题的有关调查报告,以飨读者。
The cost estimation of large-scale diagnostic equipment in hospitals is a subject of great concern for both the macro-management of health services and micro-management of hospitals. To this end, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Finance jointly organized the “Hospital Large Diagnostic Equipment Cost Estimating Survey Study” led by the Institute of Hospital Management of the Ministry of Health and involved more than 40 hospitals, and conducted field surveys on 31 hospitals nationwide. The results of this survey have established and adjusted policies for relevant departments, and are of great value to hospitals in strengthening equipment and instrument management. From the beginning of this issue, we will continue to publish relevant investigation reports on this topic for readers.
