通过对工厂化生产双孢蘑菇培养料的隧道一次发酵和隧道二次发酵温度变化的观察和记录,形成了以温度变化为衡量生产双孢蘑菇培养料优劣的1个重要指标。试验设计了2种配方,得出稻、麦草3∶2配方虽产量与全稻草配方产量无差异,但可以提高双孢蘑菇头潮菇产量,增产0.9 kg·m-2,减少双孢蘑菇潮数,缩短生长周期。
Through the observation and recording of the temperature change of tunnel primary fermentation and tunnel secondary fermentation of Agaricus bisporus culture material in industrialized production, an important index to measure the advantages and disadvantages of producing Agaricus bisporus culture material with the temperature change is formed. The results showed that the yield of 3: 2 rice and wheat straw was the same as that of the whole straw, but it could increase the yield of mushroom of A. bisporus, increase the yield of 0.9 kg · m-2 and reduce the tide of Agaricus bisporus Number, shorten the growth cycle.
