高某男13岁病历号:327(1979年)。病史:患者玩鸟枪,右眼瞄准击发时,堵塞枪管后部火药口的铁棒射入眼部。于当地医院照X光片,见左眼眶内巨大金属异物而转来我院。检查所见:右眼睑水肿,充血,内皆部皮肤全层裂伤深达骨壁,创缘不整,创口长约1 cm。伤口附近未探及异物。结膜充血,角膜、前房、瞳孔及眼底未见异常改变。左眼下睑呈青紫色肿胀。下方球结膜有小片瘀血斑。角膜、前房、瞳孔未见异常。
