《安徽省保障性住房建设和管理办法(试行)》(以下简称《办法》)于今年11月1日起施行。《办法》对保障性住房投资建设、分配退出、监督管理等作了明确规定。安徽省将坚持政府主导、市场运作,实行管办分离。政府不再直接建设保障房,主要发挥市场机制的作用,引导企业及社会力量投资建设保障房。根据《办法》,安徽省将继续推进统筹建设,并轨运行,实行“两房合一”。坚持廉租房和公租 “Anhui Province, affordable housing construction and management practices (Trial)” (hereinafter referred to as “Measures”) on November 1 this year will come into effect. The Measures set out clearly the investment, construction, distribution, withdrawal and supervision of the affordable housing.
