随着时代的变化,服务业发展越来越壮大,面对竞争力巨大的服务行业,加强服务业质量管理已经成为提高顾客满意度的一种重要手段。本文首先对服务、服务质量和顾客满意度进行了描述,接着就如何通过增强服务质量管理提高顾客满意度进行了研究,希望对未来服务业的发展提供参考。
With the change of the times, the service industry is developing more and more. Facing the highly competitive service industry, strengthening the service quality management has become an important means to improve customer satisfaction. This article first describes the service, service quality and customer satisfaction, and then on how to enhance customer service satisfaction by improving quality of service management conducted a study, hoping to provide reference for the future development of service industry.
