根据机械维修信息化建设内容与要求,以矿用装载机使用的M11-C225型柴油机的PT泵为研究对象,将PT泵维修活动中涉及的基础信息、修理工具机具信息、零备件信息、维修人员信息、维修记录,以及PT泵常见故障排除方法和典型维修案例组织为一体,实现了具有教学培训、信息收集、信息查询等功能的交互式PT泵维修信息系统。
According to the contents and requirements of information technology construction of mechanical maintenance, the PT pump of M11-C225 diesel engine used by mine loader is taken as the research object. The basic information involved in the maintenance activities of PT pump, the information of repair tools and equipment, spare parts information, maintenance Personnel information, maintenance records, and PT pump troubleshooting common troubleshooting cases and typical organization of the case, with teaching training, information collection, information query and other interactive PT pump maintenance information system.
