近日,“海南毒豇豆”事件占据了各主要媒体的重要版面,分外引人瞩目。今年1月25日至2月5日,武汉市农业局在抽检中发现来自海南省英洲镇和崖城镇的5个豇豆样品水胺硫磷农药残留超标。消息一出,全国震惊。于是,全国各地加大对海南豇豆的检测力度,又有多个城市发现海南豇豆残留高毒禁用农药。一时间,全国老百姓纷纷远离海南豇豆,甚至连海南产的其它蔬菜和水果也被殃及,少人购买了。海南豇豆中被查出的有毒成分叫水胺硫磷,是一种高毒性农药,禁止用于果、茶、烟、菜、中草药植物上。它能经由食道、皮肤和呼吸道,引起人体中毒。在“海南毒豇豆”事件中,因普通农药不易杀死钻进豇豆里面的害虫,为确保生产,农户便冒险违规喷洒水胺硫磷。
