1987年9月22日至25日电子工业部委托基础产品发展研究中心在北京召开了情报网工作研讨会。出席会议的有原元器件局所属的16个电子基础产品情报网的网长、秘书长和网刊负责人,火控网、计算机网、无线电通讯网、微型机网的代表和电子部新成立的几个“中心”的信息部领导同志。国防科工委情报局宫宏杰同志和电子部科技司情报处王进忠同志参加了会议并讲了话。
From September 22 to September 25, 1987, the Ministry of Electronics Industry commissioned the Basic Product Development Research Center to hold a seminar on intelligence networks in Beijing. Attending the meeting were representatives from 16 electronic Basic Information Network of the original Component and Equipment Bureau of the former Bureau of Industry and Commerce, chief of the general secretary and chief of the Internet, representatives of the fire control network, computer network, radio communication network and micro-computer network and the newly established department of the Ministry of Electronics Several “center” leading comrades of the Ministry of Information. Comrade Gong Hongjie, intelligence chief of the National Defense Commission of Science and Technology and Comrade Wang Jinzhong, intelligence office of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Electronics Industry, attended the meeting and made a speech.
