在中小学领导过程中,校长与教师都要通过实施与对方的交换行为,借助并依赖对方的资源,以有效实现学校组织目标和满足教师需要。这种交换行为包括体制化交换和非体制化交换,前者指校长与教师在中小学设置的组织机构和各种制度基础上实施的交换行为;后者指双方不限于正式组织及其制度范围实施的交换行为。二者缺一不可,互为补充。
In the process of primary and secondary school leadership, principals and teachers must achieve their organizational goals and meet the needs of teachers effectively by implementing and exchanging each other’s resources.
