Objectives: To let unmarried adolescents understand the health effects of induced abortion (abortion), find out the causes of abortion and provide the basis for the intervention. Methods: Unmarried migrant workers were surveyed, fill in the relevant content. Results: All 428 cases were unmarried, the youngest was 15 years old, the oldest was 34 years old and the average age was 22.5 years old. 186 cases without contraception, 242 cases of contraception failure, 125 cases of first pregnancy and 303 cases of pregnancy again. Conclusions: The flow of unmarried women is young, the physiology and psychology are not yet mature, the knowledge of sexual and reproductive health is lacking, the postoperative lack of good sanitation and working environment, and the lack of adequate rest. Postoperative bleeding, infection, irregular menstruation and other complications will be significantly increased, and may even lead to serious consequences of secondary infertility. Therefore, we should step up education on health education and contraception so as to raise the awareness of unmarried women about their own health care so that they fully understand the importance and necessity of contraception and take measures to reduce the rate of abortion among unmarried women.
