早在2015年召开的全国两会上,李克强总理就提出了“互联网+”的概念。近年来,国家对于农产品电子商务的发展先后出台了一系列的政策文件,继2010年后,2017年中央一号文件再次提出“推进农村电商发展”。这为发展农产品电子商务的脚步奠定了坚实的基础。在“互联网+”背景下农产品O 2O模式的优势不仅可以提供本地化服务、解决区域性问题等更是颠覆传统的农产品销售模式。本文将从信阳农产品电商的发展现状及当前所存在的问题出发,为信阳农特产品O 2O模式的发展提供契合实际的应对对策。
