1结构特征某电厂#3锅炉是660MW超(超)临界压力一次中间再热直流炉。锅炉再热器受热面分为两级,低温再热器和末级再热器。低温再热器布置在尾部烟道的前烟道内,末级再热器布置在水平烟道,再热器压力、温度参数见表1。末级再热器管屏上吊板焊接位置、结构如图1所示。沿炉膛宽度方向共布置有82屏末级再热器管组,吊板与管子采用全氩焊接,每屏管组最外圈管在进口、出口侧各焊接有1只供设备起吊用的吊板(图1中A、B、C、D处),吊板长度为130mm,宽80mm,厚12mm,吊孔30mm,与管子连接角焊缝单边长130mm,吊板材料均为SA387-GR22CL1,与管子间采用全焊透焊接结构。

(A, B, C, D in Fig. 1), the length of the hanging board is 130mm, the width is 80mm, the thickness is 12mm, the hanging hole is 30mm, and the connection angle with the pipe is about 130mm. The material of the hanging board is SA387-GR22CL1 , With full penetration welded pipe structure.
