加速可靠性增长试验是可靠性试验新的研究方向和应用领域,对于可靠性要求高、任务时间长、产品子样少或价格昂贵的航天产品的可靠性增长和评价工作有良好的实施效果。对加速可靠性增长试验技术的基本原理、应用和实施的必要性、加速应力选取方法和注意事项进行了阐述,结合某型伺服系统加速可靠性增长试验方案设计实例,对传统可靠性增长试验方案和加速可靠性增长试验方案进行了比较,为加速可靠性试验技术在伺服系统后续工程研制中的应用提供了研究思路和经验借鉴。
Accelerated reliability growth test is a new research direction and application field of reliability test.
