日前,黑龙江省第十二届小学数学教学年会暨第六届小学数学教学设计与反思展示会在哈尔滨落下帷幕。来自全省各地市近千名教师和教研员参加了此次会议。来自全省15个地市的16名教师参与现场做课及反思、答辩展示。教学内容是根据参赛教师上报的年级以及教学进度而选定,覆盖了5个年级、4个领域,课的类型兼顾新授课和复习课教学。展示的教学内容多为一个单元的连续教学内容或同一领域下不同年级相关联的教学内容,以达成教师提高整体把握教材的能力和水平的目标。其中的网络研讨环节,更是让所有参与者都经历一次公开课的形成和完善过程,体验到“研课”的真正价值。16位参赛教师中,有3位男老师,13位女老师。年龄最小的27岁,最大的39岁。选手们经过一个多月的网络研讨,在自己的理解、选择和决策的基础上,对教学设计进行改进和完善,在本次会议上把凝结着集体智慧结晶的教学设计,呈现给了所有与会者。16节参赛课以及2节展示观摩课给评委及参会教师的总体印象是:实——教师教学基本功扎实,课堂教学真实、平实,反思答辩朴实,网络研讨踏实。本刊特看出一部分具有代表性的教学纪实,以飨读者。
Recently, Heilongjiang Province, the twelfth primary school mathematics teaching and sixth primary school mathematics teaching design and reflection exhibition ended in Harbin. Nearly a thousand teachers and researchers from all over the province attended the conference. 16 teachers from 15 prefectures and cities in the province participated in on-site lessons and reflection and defense presentation. After more than a month of webinar, the contestants improved and perfected the instructional design based on their understanding, choice and decision-making.
