Enterprise pay system directly affects the internal staff satisfaction and motivation. For salespeople, Welch points out that the profitability of a business is first and foremost reflected in the ability of the sales system. For such a group of employees about the survival of enterprises, payroll management is particularly important. This paper first analyzes the particularity of the salespeople and the problems existing in the process of their salary management, and then puts forward the countermeasures.
