长期小剂量电离辐射对人体的效应研究是目前放射生物学和放射卫生学亟待解决的课题。大量资料证明,低剂量多次照射,淋巴细胞染色体畸变率明显高于非照射人,染色体畸变分析是电离辐射效应敏感指标,而且可作为职业性低剂量照射的生物效应指标。同时,放射线诱发的染色体畸变与辐射剂量间存在较明显的线性关系。鉴于医院X线工作者主要接触X射线,而且又是低剂量反复受照,因此,借助这一方法 Long-term low-dose ionizing radiation effects on the human body is currently radiology and radiation hygiene issues to be solved.
