随着现代社会的迅速变化,新课程开始诞生,新事物一个接一个,我国紧跟时代的步伐,一步一步前进,为了顺应时代潮流,在经济和文化方面,根据自己的实际情况,通过改革和创新,不断探寻教育的本质,去糟粕取精华。新教育观下要求教育课程体系中的每一个学生都要全面发展,中国必须走出目标单一、僵化的教育过程的模式,而且让每个学生得到充分发展。考虑到德智体美,破除基础教育课程体系的基本知识和技能,十年如一日,为高考的来临做准备。这就要求我们改革教育体制,构建符合素质教育要求的新的基础教育课程体系。
