本文主要介绍了电激励谐振筒式气压传感器在气压测量中的运行机制,就电激励谐振筒式气压传感器在实际应用中产生的输出频率受环境温度影响的现象进行分析。并设置了对环境温度进行测量的系统,以A/D转换的方式对气压传感器输出数据进行温度差补偿,保证气压传感器对气压的精确测量。通过测量显示使用温度补偿法对气压传感器的非线性信号输出进行校正以后,其气压的测量误差降低到0.3h Pa以下。
This paper mainly introduces the operation mechanism of electro-resonance resonant barrel pressure sensor in the air pressure measurement, and analyzes the phenomenon that the output frequency is affected by the ambient temperature in the practical application of the electro-resonance resonant barrel pressure sensor. And set the system for measuring the ambient temperature, A / D conversion of the pressure sensor output data for temperature compensation, to ensure that the pressure sensor on the air pressure measurement. After the measurement shows that the temperature compensation method is used to correct the nonlinear signal output of the barometric sensor, the measurement error of barometric pressure is reduced to below 0.3h Pa.
