目的观察三磷酸腺苷生物荧光法快速监测体位垫清洁消毒效果应用的可能性。方法采用棉拭涂抹法采样和三磷酸腺苷生物荧光法,对手术后体位垫表面清洁消毒后细菌含量进行检测,同时与细菌培养计数法作平行比较。结果三磷酸腺苷生物荧光检测结果合格率为96.66%,细菌培养计数检测结果合格率为93.33%,两者检测结果基本一致,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三磷酸腺苷生物发光法检测所需费用比细菌培养计数法低8.07元,且前者出结果快。结论三磷酸腺苷生物荧光法能快速监测体位垫清洁消毒效果,且操作成本较低。
Objective To observe the possibility of rapid application of adenosine triphosphate biofluorescence to monitor the cleansing and disinfecting effect of position mat. Methods Cotton swab smear method and adenosine triphosphate biofluorescence method were used to detect the bacterial content after cleansing and disinfecting the postoperative surface pad, and compared with bacterial culture counting method. Results The pass rate of biofluorescence test of adenosine triphosphate was 96.66%, and the pass rate of bacterial culture counting test was 93.33%. The results of the two tests were basically the same, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). The cost of adenosine triphosphate bioluminescence detection is lower than that of bacterial culture counting method by 8.07 yuan, and the former results are fast. Conclusion Adenosine triphosphate biofluorescence can rapidly monitor the cleaning and disinfection of the position pad, and the operation cost is low.
