In the present study, transgenic tobacco plants (LJAMP2 and T-Lj) and transgenic tobacco (T-Vi) were used as experimental plants and their parental non-transgenic tobacco (Nt-X) The effect of growth period on the rhizosphere micro-ecological environment of purple soil, including culturable bacteria, fungi quantity and soil enzyme activity. The results showed that transgenes (T-Lj, T-Vi) did not affect transgenes The agronomic traits of tobacco were the same with that of Nt-X in the rhizosphere of T-Lj and T-Vi during the whole growth cycle of tobacco. However, the bacterial CFU of T-Lj and T-Vi treated bacteria was significant at maturity Lower than Nt-X. Since the two transgenic materials tested contained the resistance marker gene (NPTII), the effect on the number of rhizobacteria cultured was caused by the introduction of the target gene (LJAMP2), which needs further verification .There were stable fungi in the rhizosphere of three kinds of tobacco and no significant difference among different treatments. The study of soil enzyme activity showed that there was no significant difference in the activity of protease in the rhizosphere soil between different treatments during the growth and development of tobacco, T-Lj treated urease activity was significantly lower than that of Nt-X; The activities of catalase and urease in T-Vi treatment were significantly lower than those in Nt-X, indicating that the activity of catalase and urease in the soil of purple soil had a certain value Of the inhibition, its intrinsic reason to be further studied.
