本题用电子计算机辅助设计计算。设计的程序可以计算轧机油膜轴承四种工况:1.轴承加工有静压油腔,轴颈旋转,无高压油进入时的动压作用;2.轴承加工有静压油腔,轴颈不旋转,低压和高压均供油时的静压作用;3.轴承加工有静压油腔,轴颈旋转,低压和高压均供油时的动静混合作用;4.无静压油腔,轴颈旋转,低压供油时的动压作用。本题对第1、2种情况进行计算,总结了在临界转速以上为动压工作,以下为静压工作的轧机油膜轴承的计算公式和方法。讨论了满足工作要求的、较合理的油腔参数和供油系统各参数的选择。
