通过分析四象限整流工况复合母排结构的不对称对并联IGBT工作的影响,提出一种改善主电路回路不均流的思路和方法,并通过试验验证了这种方法的可行性。
By analyzing the influence of the asymmetrical structure of the composite busbar with four-quadrant rectification on the parallel IGBT operation, an idea and method to improve the unbalanced current in the main circuit are proposed. The feasibility of this method is verified through experiments.
