1临床资料患者男14岁,因颜面双下肢浮肿10余天伴腹胀,巩膜黄染3d于2007年1月28日入院。体查:生命体征正常,神清,颜面浮肿,双眼睑浮肿明显,巩膜轻度黄染,唇稍苍白。心肺正常。腹膨隆,肝右肋下2cm,质中边钝,移动性浊音(+),肝颈回流征(-)。双下肢膝关节以下凹陷性水肿。入院时急查 A clinical data of 14-year-old male patient, due to facial lower extremity edema more than 10 days with abdominal distension, scleral yellow dye 3d in January 28, 2007 admission.
