目的:观察自拟更复安汤联合谷维素治疗绝经综合征的临床效果。方法:选取86例绝经期妇女患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同分为西药组和中西医结合组。两组患者分别治疗3个疗程后对子宫内膜厚度、激素指标变化、Kupperman评分以及临床疗效进行比较分析。结果:治疗后中西医结合组患者相比西药组患者子宫内膜厚度明显增加,FSH、LH水平明显降低,E2、P水平明显增长(P<0.05),在Kupperman评分方面治疗后中西医结合组得分明显低于西药组,而在临床疗效方面中西医结合组痊愈患者较西药组明显增加(P<0.05),差异均具有统计学意义。结论:自拟更复安汤联合谷维素治疗绝经综合征妇女可有效改善患者子宫内膜情况以及激素水平,提高临床治愈率,相比单纯的谷维素治疗疗效更佳。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Fufangan Decoction combined with oryzanol in the treatment of menopausal syndrome. Methods: Totally 86 patients with postmenopausal women were selected as study subjects. According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into western medicine group and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group. Two groups of patients after treatment of three courses of endometrial thickness, hormone changes, Kupperman score and clinical efficacy were compared. Results: Compared with Western medicine group, the thickness of endometrium was significantly increased, the level of FSH and LH was significantly decreased and the level of E2 and P were significantly increased (P <0.05) in the patients with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine after treatment. Compared with the Western medicine group The score was significantly lower than that of western medicine group, while the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine group was significantly higher than that of Western medicine group (P <0.05), the differences were statistically significant. Conclusions: Self-made Fufang Decoction combined with oryzanol for the treatment of women with menopausal syndrome can effectively improve the endometrial conditions and hormone levels and improve the clinical cure rate, compared with simple oryzanol treatment is better.
